Frankie Green, Administrative Coordinator

From billing to benefits to customer service, Frankie Green, Berg Performance’s administrative coordinator, has got this operation covered. She joined the team in October 2023 to support the business by handling any and all tasks that arise. 

That includes simply taking care of any background work needed to make the staff’s lives easier—freeing up their time so that they can take better care of customers. Frankie considers customer care at the core of Berg Performance; it’s something her job revolves around and a big part of what drew her to the position when she came across it on LinkedIn. Meeting new customers is particularly rewarding because Berg is often the first good experience they’ve had in an auto shop (be sure to stop in the office upstairs and say hi to Frankie next time you’re in). 

Coming from an e-commerce and event management background, her official automotive experience commenced when she came aboard at Berg. Still, she learns more about cars every day listening to the shop’s thorough and thoughtful techs engaging with customers. Even though she’s newer to the gearhead world, Frankie has an appreciation for the finer things—she drives a BMW X5, dreams of taking a Formula 1 racecar (preferably Ferrari) for a few laps and is proud to say that the shop is taking good care of her husband's 2013 Audi S6.

Their only regret? Not becoming Berg customers sooner and suffering the screw-ups of a couple dealers and other German auto shops. But they are thrilled to have found Berg now, becoming part of this passionate team that takes pride in getting it right and operates with more care for their customers than Frankie has ever seen.
